1932 Packard Automobile Sells For $1.100.000 At Auction

A  1932  Packard custom convertibile  Sedan once belonging to entertainer Al Jolson sold  recently for $1.100.000  at a Plymouth. Michigan.  auction.

Only two of these cars were ever built  with an orginal price of $6.600

Also selling at auction was  a 1939 pontiac Plexiglass Deluxe 6  "Ghost Car" that sold for $308.000.Americas first transparent  car showing only 86 miles on it, last seen  at the New york World's Fair in 1939

A 1929 dusenberg  model J convertibile went for  $704.000

A 1955 Mercedes Benz 300 SL Gullwing sold for $676.500

A 1939  Lincoln model K  convertibile sedan  for King George VI and Queen Elizabeth  sold  for $297.000
