In October 2005. The Extreme Makeover television show . built a house for Kevin & Cathy Nutsch of Rose Hill. Kansas . for them and their five daughters.
They needed a home after a natural gas explosion destroyed their home earlier that year.The show built the family 4.390 square foot home with five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The property sits on 40 acres and includes a two car garage, ponds and outbuildings.
The home appraised at $378.700 will go up on the auction block June 4th. The Nutsch family say there family is getting smaller and they dont need a big house .
Readers cant you imagine what the taxes on this place runs a year , and the heating bill. what I cant understand is why? this tv show would build someone a home owning 40 acres, they could of sold off a few acres and built their own home ,
